Shahimarket and its partners make every effort to offer and deliver the widest selection of the best products. In case of remote areas the products may get delivered late.

Shahimarket caters to over 150 countries. Due to the effort and logistics, We requests that if you need to cancel an order, please do so 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
If the recipient is not at the delivery address during delivery, we use our best judgment on the safety of the delivery, and will leave the gift boxes at the doorstep or with a neighbor or leave a door tag and/or a voice mail, asking the recipient to coordinate pickup or delivery of the gift box. In any case, we will make our best effort to get your gift baskets to their intended recipients.

Shahimarket will make every effort to deliver the products on the requested day. Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 48 hours.

If you do have a complaint with any of our products or services, please do not hesitate to report the issue to us. If the issue is reported within 7 days of the requested delivery date, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction.

Shahimarket requests that you always provide the correct physical street address, including apartment number, business name, suite, street name, and ZIP code, when placing an order as determined by USPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are unable to deliver to an APO, a PO Box, or a Rural Route address.

If the delivery service is given an incorrect address, the service may incur costs to find the correct information. Sometimes that fee is passed to Shahimarket. If that does happen, we will charge your credit card any applicable fee of up to 1000 Rs without first notifying you.
If you need to cancel an order due to an error on your part, we may need to incur costs with our partners or our suppliers. In that situation, Shahimarket will charge you an additional surcharge of up to 800 Rs to cover any of our costs.
